Our Story
Veghead is a small vegetable farm growing super fresh veggies with love, right here in Ottawa. Everything is grown using ecological growing practices including no use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, use of organic seeds when available, keeping soil covered as much as possible.
Farm fresh produce picked hours before being picked up or delivered to your door. It can’t get better than that!

Amanda Lancaster
Originally from southeastern British Columbia, I spent a summer traversing Canada by bicycle. On my way across the country I happened to spend a night at an organic farm. This experience piqued my interest in farming and local food and after working at farms in Nova Scotia and in Ottawa it was time to grow vegetables for you.
