Garlic



Storage: In a cool, well-ventilated place for up to 6 months.


Preserve: Can be minced or pressed and frozen, can be dehyrated, can be stored in oil in the fridge.


Tip: Keep your garlic out of the fridge.  The conditions in your fridge are a lot like the conditions in the soil in the spring.  These conditions tell the garlic it's time to grow, which is exactly what you don't want your garlic to do while you are waiting to use it.
